Terms of Service

Membership at My Place Cigar Lounge is by invitation only. Prospective members must receive an invitation from a current member or from management. All membership applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of My Place Cigar Lounge.

Members must be at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued identification is required at the time of registration and may be requested at any visit.

Membership plans include Monthly, Yearly, and Corporate tiers. Each tier includes different benefits and access levels as described on our membership page. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

My Place Cigar Lounge is a premium establishment and we expect all members and guests to conduct themselves accordingly. We maintain a respectful, welcoming environment for all.

Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests at all times. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises and suspension or termination of membership.

A dress code may be enforced at the discretion of management. Smart casual attire is expected at all times.

My Place Cigar Lounge operates as a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment. Members and guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for personal consumption on the premises.

We provide complimentary glassware, ice, and coffee service. Members are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly. My Place Cigar Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Personal cigar lockers are available for members based on membership tier. Lockers are climate-controlled and maintained by our staff. Items stored in lockers are at the sole risk of the member.

My Place Cigar Lounge is not responsible for loss, damage, or deterioration of items stored in member lockers. Only cigars and cigar-related accessories may be stored in lockers.

Members may bring guests to the lounge subject to the guest policies of their membership tier. All guests must be at least 21 years of age and present valid identification.

The sponsoring member is responsible for their guest at all times, including any charges incurred and adherence to our code of conduct. Guest fees may apply depending on membership tier.

My Place Cigar Lounge hosts regular events and is available for private bookings. Event schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Reservations for private events require advance booking and may require a deposit.

Cancellation policies for private events will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

My Place Cigar Lounge is a smoking establishment. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept the inherent health risks associated with exposure to tobacco smoke. Our ventilation system is designed to provide the best possible air quality, but cannot eliminate all smoke.

Members and guests are expected to follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from staff. In case of emergency, please follow the directions of our staff and proceed to the nearest exit.

My Place Cigar Lounge, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

My Place Cigar Lounge is not responsible for personal property left on the premises. Members and guests are advised to keep personal belongings with them at all times.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

My Place Cigar Lounge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our facilities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
